Ingredients

0.5 kg dinkel (spelt) flour

Salt to taste

1 cube fresh yeast


0.5 L lukewarm water


Seeds, e.g. sunflower


50g Sunflower seeds

20g Linseeds

Description

James: Alex is the girlfriend of a friend of Silke’s from Heidelberg. This is a solid and super-fast bread.

Directions

Mix flour, salt, yeast, water and seeds.

Oil a bread tray

Pour dough into tray

Put into oven, turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake for about 50 minutes
